An average day in his life involves waking up at 07h00 every day and then do a 1h:30 min workout, have his tea while everyone is still asleep and then meditate. The rest of his afternoon either involves responding to emails, planning content, taking phone calls or setting up meetings.

“My creative process involves a lot of research on any idea that I am working towards and then try to create a mood board, which helps to keep my vision and goal clear. For social media, I try to collaborate with a lot of people who i think might bring my idea to life. sometimes this involves scouting for a location which would align with the theme for my content. I am constantly writing down ideas and planning how to execute my vision.” David says

A TV Host, MC, Voice over Artist, upcoming social media content creator, an Economics Honours degree graduate and the First African Presenter on TLC Entertainment, his name is David Mbeha. He is very passionate about broadcasting media, with hopes and aspirations of inspiring people to believe in their gifts and talents. “I come from humble beginnings, where we could not even afford to own a TV set, but believed that i would be on Television one day. I was named after my grandfather who believed that just like David in the bible, I was destined for greatness.” said David

David said his best moment of his life was being crowned as the first African presenter on TLC. He had always wanted to be a TV Host, but never in his wildest dreams did he imagine that, an international channel would be able to recognize his talent. Three years before his crowning, he would rush home to watch Oprah's Next Chapter on the same channel.
